What I liked

I was a day care patient for a knee operation. I was placed in my bed within 30 minutes of arriving and was seen by the Surgeon, the Anethatist and the Physio before I was taken to the theatre. All staff were excellent and I was discharged late afternoon. The ward was spotless and I was treated very well. On returning 2 weeks later, I was seen by the surgeon within 15 minutes of arriving at his surgery and he explained what had taken place on my operation. I must praise the efficiency of everyone who were involvede in my treatment.
