"Huge improvements with building his confidence"

I have had well needed support from Geraldine O'Neill. She has helped so much in terms of helping to teach me the best way to care for our youngest who has learning and social difficulties. I was at a complete loss as to how to give him the care and understanding that he needs on a constant basis. I felt very alone and after reading numerous books and trying everything I didn't know what to do. With Geraldine's guidance and support huge improvements with building his confidence and enabling him to handle himself better have been made. I also now know the best way to work with him and feel that he is responding well under what she has taught me. Am very grateful to her.
