"Paediatric outpatients"

My 2 year old boy recently attended the paediatric outpatient department at the RVI for allergy testing. The appointment was on time and all the staff (reception, nursing, doctor) were brilliant with him. He thoroughly enjoyed himself and thought the whole procedure including the skin prick test was all a bit of fun. Just how it should be when children, especially his age, are involved. He took a particular shine to the nurse who gave him the test, and came away telling me that he really liked that person! Thank you all for making it such a fun experience for him
