I had treatment and scans following 2 miscarriages last year. I think the epu needs looking at as far as accommodation sitting next to pregnant ladies who were elated with their positive scans when o had miscarried was awful. Also the wait for a d&c operation was lengthy and seemed as though staff werent sympathetic at all. I also experienced rude and unhelpful nurses when waiting to be discharged and ended up being discharged at 11pm at night which isnt the best.

Dear Madam, I am really sorry to hear about your sad loss. I am also very sorry that you haven't found all the support and care you needed from the service during this painful time. It is extremely disappointing to hear that you found some staff to be rude and unhelpful. You raise a number of important points that I feel we should look into closely. It would be really helpful if you could work with us while we do this so that we can properly understand the impact for you at the time. Would you mind sharing your details with me ? I'd like to pass them on to the Head of the service in order that we might proceed with this as soon as possible in a way that is acceptable to you.
