I went along at 12pm on a Monday thinking it would be rammed with people with injuries from the weekend but to my surprise it was really quiet and I was seen within minutes! The receptionist took down some details and referred me to a nurse who was very friendly and professional. The nurse said it's usually a lot busier and I was lucky to be seen so quickly so I guess its the luck of the draw. The new minor injuries unit is really fresh and clean and was quite a pleasant experience all round. Top marks minor injuries crew!
