"Endoscopy unit/team"

As an NHS worker myself i know that staff are often not praised enough for all the hard work they do to keep their services going and i would like to take the time to thank the staff from the Endoscopy unit.I had a colonoscopy at the weekend June 2015 at Castle Hill Satellite Endoscopy unit and i can't praise the staff enough.Everyone i came into contact was very friendly/approachable and professional and even though i did end up waiting quite a long time it was due to circumstances out of their control.I was very nervous but everyone was very understanding and helped to put me at ease. Thank you :)
