What I liked

Quick and efficient treatment for my 4 yr old son. Even though this was quite a traumatic experience for him (being brought into A&E at 2am with breathing difficulties) the highly professional staff quickly made him feel comfortable and at ease.

What could be improved

more communication on what's going on (I never quite understood what caused his illness in first place)
