Ward 6 Orthopeadics , left me father in a disgusting state . A basic standard of assisting my father is not asking too much , left in his own excrement for hours amongst other things, and then sent to another hospital like this , with my mother finding him like this the next day ... the staff and nurses on this ward despite cuts and short staffing should be ashamed . My father has only been ill for a short period and has had his dignity destroyed. This is the basic of all care , and human need ... completely appalling
