A combination of clinical skills, personal attention and sensitivity is rare, the secret is, it is available on Ward F5. The wonder is that it is set against a hugely busy ward (day and night) with many very poorly patients and a rapid turnover. Yes there were times I had to wait for whatever, but I knew I was not fogotten, just that someone else was in greater need at that time. I was grumpy when in pain, thank you for your patience and understanding. I am remined that nursing is not just a profession but also a vocation. More than the sum of the individuals, a great team. A simple but heartfelt: Thank you.
