"The nurse"

I would like to say that I was in the hospital today and when I arrived there 4 hour waiting . But there was a nurse who was at the reception taking charge of everything and everyone, the nurse tried to do their best so all patients would be seen as soon as possible. The nurse tried to called in staff. They kept sending out messages to the patients to assure us that we would be treated. The nurse was wonderful! I was treated under 3 hours. There should be more staff like them. More then 5 stars! Thank you Carla
