In May my mother experienced symptoms which were frightening to her. On advice she phoned 111 and spoke to Laura who was very kind and sympathetic who took details from her.
Within a very short time she received a callback with an appointment time within 2 hours! This helped her out so much as she suffers from depression and anxiety.
We arrived and was greeted by Jan, a lovely friendly lady. We waited just 20 minutes before she saw a kindly reassuring Doctor and we left having only been in the Hospital less than an hour.
What good service! !
