"Elected c section"

About: Queen's Medical Centre

I had an elected c section in April 2015 and would like to say a big thank you to everyone who was involved in this whole process from start to end... The doctors and speacalist doing the operation and all others involved in that process, the midwifes up in the ward were fantastic, the people who cooked the food and the people who took away my tray, the person who bought my bed up to ward... Everyone who I came across in the 30 hours I was in hospital shows empathy, care, understanding and made my stay of having my baby so much better

Response from Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust

Thank you for your lovely feedback, and many congratulations on the birth of your baby. We are delighted to hear of the great care you received from everyone who was involved during your stay with us. We will pass on your message of thanks to as many of the people you mention as we can. However, if there are particular staff members or teams that you feel deserve recognition, you may wish to consider nominating them for one of our staff awards. Nominations are open now via our website: http://www.nuh.nhs.uk/nuhonours/ This would fall under the Family Health category.
