About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Dreadful care on the ward. Essential medication missed and very delayed. Left without help for hours. Nurse very abusive when complained. Parking is a nightmare and it is impossible for a patient with any disability to visit the hospital unaided. I do not complain easily and it is with great regret that I leave this review but this has now been the experience of three members of my family now. If Management fail to do something about the atrocious staffing levels this hospital will be the next Mid Staffs disaster. It's nearly there now.
