After visiting aintree last November for removal of kidney stones I only have the utmost respect for the staff. From the nurses on the surgical forward wait A were caring and put me at ease despite me being so nervous, the theatre staff were lovely and helped me relax throughout being anaesthetised, my consultant who took the time to explain everything and the nurses in recovery were outstanding and looked after me for 5 hours. I was eventually moved to ward 2 were once again the staff looked after me 100%, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend aintree hospital to anyone
