I have visited the minor injuries unit today as I had hurt my ankle. The staff were fabulous, working into their lunch hour to get a number of patients through x-Ray , so we were not waiting too long. I also had my disabled adult daughter with me- the nurse I saw was very kind to her as she had said she had broken her arm & had a quick look at her for me to prevent her getting distressed. This was wonderful for me . Very cheerful & helpful staff in all areas- from reception to plaster room. Information given very helpful. Although the outcome for me- a fractured fibula- wasn't great, I have to say it was a very pleasant experience.
