"simply outstanding"

I cannot praise the Horton highly enough. I had a total knee replacement in early May and everything went smoothly without exception: from the speed of referral to the efficiency and courtesy of the staff, the attentiveness of the consultant, the quality of post-operative care, the excellent food, the kindness of everyone from cleaners to medical staff....I simply cannot find anything to criticise (except perhaps the inadequate car-parking facilities and the need to have the exact change in advance!). I was an NHS patient but could not have had a better experience in any private hospital. Thank you everyone. I was so impressed that I've recommended it to my husband who has his first consultant appointment next week, just two weeks after his initial referral. Can't say better than that.
