"Angiogram Department"

About: Good Hope Hospital

I had a pre-op carried out on the 5th May which was extremely well conducted and every detail explained by the nurse. The procedure was carried out on 21st May in the afternoon. The procedure was handled extremely well with grateful thanks to the nurses. I have never known a more helpful team of people. This year has not been the greatest one for myself as I seem to be working my way around all the various departments - thyroid, haematology and urology but I have great service in all areas. May the good work continue!

Dear Mr Pike

thank you so much for your feedback regarding your Good Hope Hospital experience.

I am sorry to read that you are not having a great year health-wise, it can be a worrying time when you are unwell, which can be compounded if you don't receive good service.

I am so pleased that you have found the treatment and care you have received to be great and I will ensure that your comments are forwarded to Julie Taylor, Head Nurse for Good Hope Hospital and also to the Pre-Operative Assessment Team who I am sure will be thrilled to read your feedback.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to post your comments and I hope that you are continuing to recover well from your procedure.

With kind regards

Marie Helebert
