Further to my earlier comments, I would also like to add that not only are the taps left running on the wash basins in the corridors, but on ward 8, the floor to the gents toilet was always flooded, and the alarm didn't work either - if someone fell, what would happen Also the floor to one of the visitors toilet was flooded for days - this was off the main corridor. And on ward 8 in the tower block, there was one zimmer frame between 6 needy patients. On one occasion when visiting my brother, whilst trying to park the car, we saw one patient from the opposite bed to my brother, walking on crutches in his pyjamas around the car park. We actually followed him back to the ward. How did he escape!! on a wet and windy day - one wonders. These comments are a bout ward 8 in the tower block.
