I witnessed something bad in 2008 and in 2009 I went to get some help as I was finding it difficult to cope with. I was referred for a mental health assessment.
Later that year I had some physical health problems that I think are related to what I saw but the doctor treating me for my physical health said that I can't have help with my mental health until my physical health is sorted.
There is no treatment for my physical health until they can find a diagnosis which they can't, despite many tests. So for all these years I am just waiting for help and my mental health gets better and worse in periods. My GP said he can't help because he referred me for help years ago and I can't be referred again until my physical health is better.
