About: University Hospital (Coventry)

My elderly Mother was admitted to A&E by GP and sent to Ward 12, April 2015. The staff were So caring and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, we were kept well informed,and there always seemed to be a Doctor on hand to answer questions. The treatment was like a 5* hotel and could not have been better. The staff were angels. She had been in and out of Walsgrave for 6 months, but this ward is far superior to any other..
