I took a gentleman for a neurology appointment. The doctor was extremely attentive as was their assistant. They treated the gentleman with the utmost care and dignity and both listened and explained everything clearly and in language that the gentleman, who has a learning disability, could understand. We were seen on time and came away feeling that this doctor and assistant really cared about the people they see. The hospital was easy to get to and departments were well sign posted.
