About: Solihull Hospital

I went in for blood tests to Solihull Hospital and asked a nurse where I should register. They took me in straight away - no waiting. Within about 5 minutes the nurse had looked through my papers, obtained four vials of blood with no pain from the needle (I didn't look). They were so gentle and pleasant in manner and conversation. My sister who had dropped me to the hospital was surprised to receive a text from me asking to be picked up within about 10 minutes. Incredible service. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback following your visit to Solihull Hospital for some blood tests.

I am so pleased that you found your visit efficient, though having a needle is never a pleasant experience! Also that the staff were gentle and pleasant in their manner.

I will ensure that your comments are forwarded to Mark Hill Operations Manager for Pathology Services who will communicate your feedback to the whole Phlebotomy Team who I am sure will be thrilled to receive your comments.
