"A wonderful experience"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

I had a suspected SCC removed last Wednesday and could not praise the service enough. Every member of staff is courteous, friendly and professional, from receptionist to nurses and surgeon. The surroundings are clean, airy, and calm and you feel totally relaxed. The staff also work extremely well as a team, respect one another, and appear to genuinely enjoy working together. This gives the ward (ward 20, day surgery) an extremely pleasant atmosphere. I could not fault the service in any way and would recommend the hospital to anyone.
