"Absolute disgrace"

My sister is currently in the PRU and the lack of care from being admitted by ambulance to this morning is just unacceptable. From having her drip tied to her bed with rubber gloves as there was no stand when she was taken to the ward, to being told there were no more pillows (she had one) to a nurse marking down a medicine that wasn’t given, to another nurse being extremely rude, to no porter being available to bring her back from x-ray after 20 minute wait, to being left in a short stay/transition ward for five days after being told she would be moved after one, to now being left with two dementia patients one of which is very rude and aggressive. Her condition is worsened by stress so she is deteriorating in front of our eyes and it is frustrating, heart-breaking and totally unacceptable. She is begging us to get her out of there as she knows she will recover better at home but is currently in no state to leave. What has happened to the NHS?
