I was referred to this eye clinic after calling 111. The receptionist was rude and seemed uninterested, even towards people coming in with young children. I waited about 45 mins to see a nurse to do a pre assessment, they leave the doors wide open, no privacy at all. After waiting 2 Hours they then decided to tell me they don't have enough staff for me to be seen. Why couldn't they have told me this when I got there? Total waste of time!
