"Very disappointed"

About: Kingston Hospital

Was told by a very rude receptionist that if I turn down the two appointments they offered over the phone for my daughters surgery I would have to go back to the dentist to be referred again than back to see the consultant than on a waiting list again ! Waste of nhs time and money when she has already been seen ! The first day I was given is my daughters exams at school so a no !! The second we were away on holiday ! So they agreed on another appointment only to be called back to say the management has said no to it as I've had two appointments offered !! Very very unhappy
