"Autonomic Neuropathy"

Can someone explain why my 10 monthly appointment for Autonomic Neuropathy was transferred to the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine and not the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery where the Autonomic unit is based as this is where I had my appointment last year
