"disgracefully biased ''diagnosis'' and..."

I am writing regarding disgraceful and biased outcome of the consultation which I received from your consultant orthopaedic. My haematologist has recommended me to see someone who deals with foot and ankle avascular necrosis/ osteomyelitis due to the excruciating pain in bones of my legs, feet and ankles on weight bearing in the area of soles feet and around the heels. We have chosen your consultant orthopaedic on-line. I came with my MRI images and CT in 3D scans, conclusions to the scans. The most accurate CT scan concluded: : ‘’The CT scan has shown osteochondritis dissecans in the left ankle bone, a number of CT scans of the subchondral areas of the ankle bone a 5x6 mm bone defect is observed with uneven counters. Arthritic changes are found in the talonavicular and interphalangeal.". One of the Private Podiatric Consultants who I saw in March 2015 also advised me to see foot and ankle surgeon. At the very beginning of the consultation, the consultant made a statement that they cannot see any cause of the pain and they cannot made any recommendations for a treatment plan. I couldn't restrain my tears - how it is possible, the doctor even did not assess my feet has already come up with a decision of metatarsalgia? In heels? In long bones? On 25 May I emailed the consultant requesting the invoice and clinical recommendations if such available. I found their report as disgracefully biased with the speculative twisting quotation of the words picked up from the knowledgeable report delivered by Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at Exclusively Feet in March. Your consultant's wording regarding diagnosis of the pain in my feet is offensive Q: '' this lady's symptoms are multifunctional'', ''Unfortunately I am not able to shine any diagnostic light on her unusual symptoms'' Two days ago I had a consultation with a knowledgeable foot and ankle specialist - consultant who was clear that the pain is due to a osteochondritis dissecans, they made a constructive diagnosis with recommendations to immobilise my feet for the next 3 months.
