"Extremely impressed with the high level of service..."

I have never reviewed a hospital previously but following a short stay in the Tunbridge Wells Hospital I felt I should leave feedback mainly as a huge thank you to the staff who looked after me. I was referred by my GP to the ENT team and was sent straight to A&E before being admitted. The hospital is modern and cleanliness is something that is taken very seriously, I was extremely impressed with all of the attention to fine detail during my stay. I would just like to commend and thank the doctors from the ENT team who provided an excellent first rate service, ensuring I was fully involved in all decision making along the way, very friendly and informative and professional whilst always making me feel at ease. The ward I stayed on was the SSSU Short Stay Surgical Unit and I can only thank such a fantastic team for the level of care I received which was second to none. The Staff nurses leading these teams make you feel so at ease and are always on hand for any questions or concerns, everybody that provided me treatment was friendly and helpful, reassuring and professional - what a superbly organised and dedicated team of professionals here! Thank you so much for all of your help...
