"Strongly disappointed by staff"

To begin with the receptionist in the emergency area, Rude! No manners! No mercy! They have to understand by choosing to work in a such place, they need to know that the patients go there to solve a health problem, not to create extra stress by the receptionists being rude and out of patience.I am sure that this didn't happen only to me, but to other people too due to reviews. Secondly, the nurse tried to make fun out of me accompanied by another doctor, which put me in a very uncomfortable situation simply because I did not finish a treatment which made me faint,vomiting etc. Taking into consideration that i took the treatment while i was in college and also at work for 1 week. The doctor asked me with disrespect if i am dying!?My answer was: you didn t made any further investigation in order to see if i am going to die. I am in a lot of pain and all you have done is consulting my lower abdominal. Their answer was: you are not dying then all the situations like this will be sent to the GP and with a disgust face they asked me what would I want them to do if i am accusing them not consulting me. My answer was : scan. They should do a scan to see what is causing the pain. After that they started to make phone calls and insisted that i have just a vaginal infection and they can not do anything regarding this and i should go to my gp. Everyone knows that making an appoinment for gp takes approx 1 week to be seen by the doctor and at that time i could not even sit down,walk and lye down thats the reason i decided to go to the emergency. In conclusion i did not have a vaginal infection but a "beautiful " cyst. I am in shock of how this 2 members of staff have talked and treated me but also the receptionist reaction. My recommendation is to change all the receptionist in this hospital as most of them are extremely rude. Also the doctor that done my scan was really rude. I did not understand her accent so i asked to repeat and their answer was " just turn around ". I think that they get paid well enough money in order to take care of all the patients that are going into the hospital. I hope whoever reads this review from the hospital will do something about this complain as i am 100% sure i am not the only person that got treated poorly by the members of staff in that hospital. Even after 7 days seeing the doctors, i am steel in pain but i would rather be in pain instead of going through so much disgrace. Shame on you staff !
