"Confidentially issue"

About: Rotherham Hospital

i was a patient in hospital in April for some stones stuck in my bladder and bleeding from my back end.i passed the stones ok and was promised to get an appointment as an outpatient for the bleeding just a few weeks after.were now at the end of May and still haven't heard anything.also I was promised my discharged papers to be delivered to my house but when some discharge paper arrived they was the guys on the next bed with all his details on etc.this is a massive confidentially issue that I'm not happy about as I've still not received mine and still no appointment.im thinking both have gone somewhere else.something needs sorting ASAP with this.
