"Exellent service, shame about the building"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

The staff in this department are simply brilliant, the reception staff are welcoming and efficient and the clinic seems to usually run to time. The only issue is that in a department where people may have impaired mobility there is almost constantly building work in the reception area which creates a bit of a hazard when there are people with poor balance trying to make there way to an appointment. They really need to get it sorted out!

Thank you for taking time to post your comment on your visit to St. George's Hospital. We are very sorry that your experience is below the standard we expect for our patients. Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is available to investigate or feed back comments on services that patient's have experienced. By providing PALS with more information on the clinic that you visited, PALS would be able to feed back to the area your dissatisfaction. Improvements can then be made.
