I am extremly angry by the older nurses attitude at south bristol community hospital I will be making a complaint against one of your staff nurses that was caring for my mum very rude not accommodating and has an arrogance the way they talked down to my mum and made her 2 wks in hospital the worst she'd ever had. The young nurse's we're fine polite and would chat to you. I will be complaining to CQC about my mum's treatment.
