"NVR programme"

This programme has changed my skills as a parent. I really enjoyed it-it made me feel that I was not alone in my situation. I realise that other people have the same problems dealing with behaviour. I now stay and speak calmly instead of shouting, which always meant a negative response from the children. My child's grandmother also completed NVR. At first she thought it was a load of nonsense, then after more sessions she realised it it was a better way to deal with the children.
