(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been bringing my Little boy to wonderful ones on a friday morning, I asked staff members for some advice on head butting as he was none stop head butting, they gave me loads of advice and leaflets on how to deal with the situation, and they told me what to do and what not to do with him. every week the staff asked me how he was geeting on, he has since stopped and is no longer head butting
