"ENT"

Contacted ENT Department, was told they would call back that same day or first thing in the morning, following day 1 pm no one had contacted me , i had to call ENT to find out what is happening, they still have not found my records and on more than one occasion have mentioned addingbrookes have them, I have never been to addingbrookes so am confused why addingbrookes should have them, I have blood coming from my inner ear since Saturday , have asked if this is normal still waiting for a reply, any one else experienceing this from hinchingbrooke hospital, im concerned because I made a complaint , this is why I was not called back .
