What I liked

The doctor seemed very good. (Rheumatology)

What could be improved

The waiting time. I waited for two and a half hours to be seen, although I had an appointment. This placed me in difficulty regarding the school run, although I had allowed what I considered to be more than sufficient waiting time. Whilst I was in the waiting room, I calculated that, on average, an appointment lasted for 35 mins, which did not appear to have been taken into consideration by the staff making the appointments.
