My husband had a fall so we decided to go to miu first as an altrnative to a longer wait at A and E, first of all I must compliment you on your wonderful receptionist, who could see my distress straight away and sat me and my husband down in a room while they booked us in, then a nurse came in to assess us and called yet another nurse in a lilac tunic to clean my husband wound and do observations on him, fantastic team work.and you have a very observant receptionist who is the first face you see, chatty and making one feel at ease straight away!
