"if only circle healthcare ran every nhs hospital"

what an amazing breath of fresh air, after years of having to go into dirty smelly nhs hospitals with miserable overworked ataff , appointment times that really mean nothing at all, and management and beurocracy as useful as a chocolate tea pot, finally we have a place where the management is spot on, the patient comes first, the reception staff have a smile on their faces along with a superb professional manner and actually look like they enjoy your work, when you have been called into your appointment never more than 10 mins after your alloted time and greeted with yet another smiling professional nurse who actually has time for you, who is helpful, totally patient led and actually seems like they care and actually enjoy their job,. The doctors and consultants are amazing and have as much time for you as you need to explain any questions you may have . I actually coukd not fault my recent visits, i suffer with ptsd and panic atacks and the staff were caring and lovely towards me, i had to stay in after my recent operation and the short stay unit is like a private hospital, so clean, very relaxing and the nurs s and staff who run th bunit are amazing and actually want to make your stay as positive as they can again with a smile and care, i actually could of stayed a few more days it was so comfortable and the food was of hotel quality and totally delicious and served with yet another smile. Smiles seem to be the running theme here along with amazing care and professionalism. I just wish circle ran every nhs hospital and we could all be treated with the dignity and care we all deserve.....one day maybe. Circle you have got it right, a hospital management team who finally know what they are doing and focussed on patients and care and their needs and not a sign of ridiculous beurocratic nonsense in sight. Well done....and thank you so much for everyone involved in my care at gate D, gate G and in the short stay unit, you were all amazing
