Lots of staff about at main area all the time, till you want someone.very noisey ,all speaking quite loud in different accents not understanding each other., .None know what's happen. Mum saw 7 Drs whilst in A&E yesterday but none knew anything from others . Was in A&E for 8 hours.before going to a ward....She is Diabetic not given any drink or food whilst there...This is 2nd addmission in this month for same reason..

I am sorry to read your comments about your recent visit to the Emergency Department (ED). All of our staff in ED are trained to carry out their duties with due care and professionalism. I do apologise that this has not been your experience on this occasion.
