What I liked

The doctors who treated me were very careful and kind. I fully trusted their ability. Also, the nurse, who saw me immediately, was a very kind man and offered me pain relief immediately.

What could be improved

The waiting time in A and E. More and more people entered the waiting room and no one was called for 2.5 hours. It was also impossible to tell how long it would be until I was seen. The waiting room was dark, dirty and unquestionably rather depressing. The seats were cold metal, and there were patches of damp in the ceiling.

Anything else?

It is a shame that the quality of the medical staff who work so hard and are very good, is not reflected in the presenteation of the hospital, waiting times and, subsequntly, the statistics which reflect poorly on the hospital.
