(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have really enjoyed baby yoga after initially thinking it was "not my kind of thing".

Karen has been excellent at leading the group. You always feel at ease and her instructions are clear so you know what you are doing.

Due to personal circumstances I didn't get to every session but would definitely do it again if I got the chance.

We are really pleased you enjoyed the baby. Karen is planning to do some more sessions within the baby group so you can catch up with the sessions you missed at these additional sessions. Karen will be in touch.
