What I liked
I came in to A&E at Lewisham Hospital with a leg and foot injury and was checked in and taken over to the Primary Care Suite. Within about 50 minutes I was seen by a consultant nurse, sent for x-ray, advised on my injury, and was given medication and crutches.
I was very impressed with the service as I was expecting a longer wait, especially on seeing the number of people waiting to be seen. The treatment was excellent and I felt like I was treated as a person rather than an irritation or a number.
What could be improved
Even less waiting time, but we all want that!

I wanted to post this as a small way of thanking everyone at Lewisham Hospital for the good experience I had when I needed to use the service.
