What I liked
i was there as an outpatient and i liked nothing about the way i was treated (i suppose apart from access to PALS to complain)
What could be improved
The way i was treated
The way i was communicated to
The way i was responded to afterwards
The way i was provided with alternative solutions
All in all it was very disrepectful
