Speed with which seen in A&E, comprehensive tests, courtesy and kindness of staff to patient in her 90s and her husband, who accompanied her, care on the ward (where observation of great understanding and patience displayed towards another patient, who was confused and in need of extra support), good food, good visiting arrangements for family.
