"Generally poor service"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Very superficial assessment of needs. Patronising doctors who do not want to involve you in your care. Slow to respond the a crisis. Leave appointments feeling it is just a tick box exercise. See a different doctor every time. If you have a problem and call they don't return your call. At my last appointment I asked the doctor a question and all they said was I don't know - no I will try and find out. I was once given some new medication by one of the doctors with no explanation on how to take it, side effects etc. When I asked one of the nurses about the medication, said I should not have been prescribed it and should not take it
