"Rushed"

About: Hexham General Hospital

I know that Doctors are busy people, they have a lot of people depending on them. The entire appointment was rushed. I was not given a chance to discuss the condition or my concerns about my symptoms. I was not given information to make an informed decision about my treatment. On top of that the consultant I saw was rude and condescending, I felt uncomfortable from the second I sat down to the second I left in tears.

Dear Madam, I am very sorry that you left the department in tears after what sounds like a very poor experience with a member of the gynaecology team. Please do get in touch. It feels like we have some very important feedbcak to share with a member of staff but I can't do that without knowing who you are and which Consultant you saw.
