What a great team! Right from appointment booking to leaving the department I was treated in a caring and really dignified way. All the staff kept me involved and explained everything to me very clearly. I did not have to wait long after arriving, had a safe place to change and felt involved and consulted throughout the entire procedure. The system was extremely slick but very humane. The overall atmosphere was one of genuine care. Thank you.

At OUH we strive to provide compassionate and informative care so that patients feel at ease and in good hands, so it is great to hear that this is what you experienced. It is also good to learn that you felt the department was both efficient and genuinely caring, as sometimes it's tricky to strike that balance.
