"I was admitted to the Cardiac ..."

About: The Whittington Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was admitted to the Cardiac ward, via A&E with a suspected heart attack. I was soon sent for an angiogram to the National Heart Hospital, which was of an equally high standard. Altogether the level of care impressed me enormously and, judging by my own experience, I would recommend the Whittington without hesitation. My treatment was both kind and vigilant, which is exactly what a worried, unwell person needs.

The cardiac ward, called Monuschi, is spacious, light and state-of-the-art. I consider that I was very lucky to be there. I wrote to thank the staff for carrying out such demanding work so generously and efficiently.

Thank you for your feedback. Apologies that this was not responded to before, however the PALS and Complaints Department have only recently taken on responding to NHS Choices feedback.

I am so pleased you had a positive experience at the hospital and appreciate you taking the time to write a comment about it.
