Coming to day care is the best thing I could have done. I live alone and have no family and was really lonely after my neighbours moved away. The lassies here are great. I like being in company, when you live alone you have no one to talk to. Everyone here is so friendly.

I love the golf, I talk to the ball and ask it to go into the hole marked 100. It would be good if we could have a sing song sometimes. Sometimes someone comes for entertainment but I haven’t seen him for a while.

The meals are lovely.

1 day a week is enough. It’s quite expensive as includes transport that picks you up at your door. I feed so many cats I couldn’t afford to come any more days!

Thank you for your feedback on our day care service. I am so glad to hear that you enjoy the company, support from the staff and the golf target game. I will certainly speak to the staff team regarding providing more music and sing- songs at the sessions.

The gentleman who entertains was here in April, and unfortunately you were off that day, but he is back on 3rd June which I know you will enjoy.

I note what you have said about how you feel that it is expensive to attend, but I do firmly believe that the price of £9.50 per day, which includes transport door to door, breakfast, two course lunch, afternoon tea and of course our overheads of rent and utilities etc is good value. The actual cost per person is £32, but thanks to core funding from Fife Council, our service users only have to pay a subsidised amount of £9.50.
